Returns and Restock Fees
PLEASE NOTE: IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION THAT SOME CUSTOMERS
DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CONDITION IN WHICH THEY RETURN ITEMS. WHEN ITEMS
ARE SENT, NEATLY FOLDED EITHER IN BAGS OR WITHOUT, AND YOU WISH TO
RETURN THEM, PLEASE RETURN THEM IN THE SAME CONDITION YOU RECEIVED THEM
IN - NEATLY FOLDED. ITEMS WITH BUTTONS OR SNAPS CAN EASILY BE CLOSED,
AND FOLDED - JUST FOLLOW THE CREASE LINES IN THE FABRIC, AND REFOLD.
WE HAVE TO HAVE THEM PROFESSIONALLY LAUNDERED SO THAT FUTURE CUSTOMERS
CAN RECEIVE THEM IN THE WAY YOU ORIGINALLY DID. FOR CUSTOMERS WHO DON'T
WISH TO RESPECT OUR GARMENTS OR THE WAY THEY RETURN ITEMS, WE WILL
CREDIT YOU YOUR MONEY, MINUS THE LAUNDERING FEES, WE MAKE NO EXCEPTIONS
IN THIS CASE.
Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of delivery - minus any shipping charges incurred when the items were initially shipped. Items being exchanged will incure new shipping charges.
The Manufacturer charges 10% restock fees on either returns or exchanges - there is no exception to this.
A Return Authorization has to be requested before anything may be returned or exchanged, and can take up to a week to receive via e-mail from them. Without the RA, no goods will be accepted and the goods will be disgarded.
We cannot accept any apparel that has been altered, washed, dry cleaned or embroidered.
Please use our Contact Form to make arrangements for items to be sent back for either a credit or an exchange, items not pre-arranged with our office will not be accepted.
